Typical, in-store, service write-up is still available as usual, but you can now begin a work order for bicycle repairs anytime it's convenient for you right here -online. One form per bike serviced. Once you submit a work order, you'll get an email which you can print and attach to your bike - or follow other options for tagging your bicycle. Then you drop your bike off at the shop as usual.
Our service department will contact you with any questions or suggestions and also alert you when the bike is ready for pickup.
