Road and Off Road Riding - The Sound Cyclists Bicycle Club offers a wide schedule of road and off-road rides on a weekly basis.  There is no better way to learn the great road routes in our area!  The club also hosts a number of major cycling events every year as well as offers its members other social activities.  Pure beginners as well as competitive level riders are welcome.  Visit their website at www.soundcyclists.com .

Family Riding - For fun family riding opportunities, consider Cove Island Park in Stamford, Sherwood Island State Park in Westport, and Cranbury Park in Norwalk (light trail riding requiring MTB tires).
